Freelance Marketplace Platform Fiverr Raises Additional $60M in Funding

Fiverr has now joined the most highly funded companies in the work intermediation platform (WIP) space. The freelance marketplace platform, founded in 2010, announced a $60 million financing round Wednesday led by Square Peg Capital, along with existing investors Bessemer Venture Partners, Accel and Qumra Capital.
